What are my chances at getting into UCONN, UM Amherst, and Boston U?

I'm a senior in high school and have a 3.3 gpa. I scored a 26 on my ACTs and got a 1220 (out of 1600) on my SATs. I have plenty leadership, community service, academic clubs, and athletics. I am out of state for all the schools I am applying to. What are my chances?
