Would you do this trade?! I need some advice!!!?

McNabb and Calvin Johnson for matt Schaub. THis is a 12 team league and I have Desean Jackson Steve Smith Car. Malcom Floyd and Austin Collie as my wideouts. Also I have another person who is interested in trading Malcom Floyd and Pierre Thomas for Miles Austin which would leave me with Ray Rice Lesean McCoy Brandon Jacobs and Tim Hightower as my backs.If I get this trade done I think I'm going to take the first one.
