My whole throat and head areas has pains that come and go.?

my throat feels stuffy and it fells like a lump next to my adams apple that moves and when i slide it, it feel like their is liquid in my ears. I also have this weird sound in my neck when I move it, it sounds like cracking/fluid sound in my neck and I have also some weird headaches mainly on my back right side of my neck into my head and also on my forehead and my scalp also feels sore and hurts when I touch is. I also have lots of stress and I also have anxiety/fibromyligia symptoms and acid reflux symptoms. Does anyone have any idea, I problably will go to doctor soon but I want other peoples ideas of what it could be
