Am I missing your question? People who own property have the right to ban certain breeds of dogs or certain animals. It is their property, not yours, if you don't agree with the lease, don't sign it and don't move in. Owning rental property, I do not want to be sued because a certain animal was in one of my buildings. By the way I don't allow horses or cows in my buildings either.
