HELP! Military Question!?

Hey yall hope everyone is doing good today had a quick question i wanted to ask. Is it possible to enter the DEP (delayed entry program) while on unsupervised probation i am on unsupervised probation for a traffic violation and all my fines are paid off and everything. I am currently in college and i just wanted to know if it was possible for me to get into the DEP and get a ship out date to boot camp like right after i get off the unsupervised probation? Or, what do you think the best thing to do in my situation is thanks for your help!
