What happens to a girl when she holds in farts...?

ok so i know this is embaring but w/e. i was out all day with my friends and bf. and i dont like farting in public. and i held them in a LOT. so what are allll the problems of holding farts in ?? even on the next day [today] im farting now that im home and its all letting out but still a few cramps on my abs like cramps when i have my period. those kinda cramps..explain please..thanks!
