Reddish lookin water from faucet..?

Ok, so I recently moved into my mobile home. The lot I am on was not developed yet so they had to connect water taps and etc...Well, been living in here for about a month and just two weeks ago the water froze in just one of the bathrooms. We got in thawed out a few days later. Now today when I went to take a shower in the bathroom I turned on the faucet and it looked as if it was froze again then all a sudden this reddish lookin water came out for about 10 secs then went clear. Any diea why????
