My 2 month old son seems really congested?

For the past two days, my son has been breathing a lot heavier. It seems like he has a stuffy nose. I've tried suctioning, but it only gets better for a minute(like after you blow your nose and then it fills right back up again.) Any suggestions on what to do? He sees the doctor on Tuesday, but I was just a little concerned.
