Well, the best foods are natural foods such as nuts, meats, fruits and veg. Try to eat small and often every 2 -3 hours. When working out you only need to do 3- 4 days a week with weight training and interval training such as 30 seconds hard with 30 seconds rest. Also try to do it on alternate days such as Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Hope this helps
