Do these figures surprise you? Does it change the way you think about disabilityin America?

I wonder if you go back to the census figures for the 1950's what the percentage of people with disabilities would be. I'd be willing to be that what constitutes a disability today, didn't necessarily constitute a disability 50 years ago.
