What's wring with me? Please. Someone answer.?

At first on my period I had intense diroeah and on one episode my hearing went and I alloy blacked out - then a few days later after my period I had a nosebleed in the shower, I had a nosebleed every day for 4 days (this is day 4) and today I had really bad stomachs cramps again and I'm feeling really dizzy and achey and lightheaded and im having headaches
